Sourcing Coach

Service Description

The Sourcing Coach will provide mentorship and meet with you on a *weekly or 2x a week basis for one hour to help you navigate the world of sourcing. This can include helping you to strengthen your boolean capabilities, best practices for formulating strong sourcing strategies, how to gain a "seat at the table" with the Hiring Manager and Recruiter, and more. *Once a week or 2x a week will be determined upon your preference with the coach
